Can I track my order?
Your order will be packaged and sent out as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the freight company we will activate your parcel number, after which you will receive another email that includes the tracking link. It can take up to 48 hours for the tracking link to be activated. If you do not receive a tracking link, please contact us

How long is the delivery time?
Our process is meticulous and comprehensive: From bespoke tailoring and expert stitching to intricate embroidery, careful dry cleaning, and final shipment. Due to this attention to detail, our delivery timeframe is typically between 7 to 10 days.
Please note that a delay can occur at high pressure at the shipping company or a higher number of orders received in our warehouse. We will contact you personally regarding any further or unexpected delays of your order.

We currently ship in INDIA.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost is FREE.
What happens if I do not collect my parcel?
In the event that your products are returned to us due to a failure to pick up your package, we will have to charge a fee of 500 RS. This covers the shipping to and from you, as well as handling and restocking of the products. The fee will be deducted from your refund.
What happens if my package or my products arrive damaged?
If you think your order is damaged or faulty please reach out to customer@chicx.in with your order number, photographs and a description detailing the issue. As soon as we have received the pictures and description, we will process your request.
If you would like to return your order, please follow the below instruction:
Package your return securely with original packaging, tags and/or labels, with the return form and order number inside.
Please note:
- All returns have to be shipped back to us within 10 days of delivery. This applies only for full-priced items.
- All pieces must be returned in their original condition, with all tags attached. Worn or damaged pieces will not be accepted for return, unless you have contacted us separately with a specific claim and we have accepted.
- When shipping your return, make sure the parcel is securely sealed, to avoid any damage.
- When your package reaches our warehouse, expect your return within 3-5 business days.
Can I make changes to my order after the order has been placed?
You can change your order as long as it is not yet shipped from our warehouse.Orders made before 11am IND will be shipped the same day. Please contact us at customer@chicx.in as soon as possible to change your order.
I want to exchange my item. How do I proceed?
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return steps, and then place a new order. Please send an email to customer@chicx.in and inform about your exchange, and that way you have to pay a return fee, the shipping fee, which is 350rs.
